Ingredients
8 oz lo mein noodles, uncooked
4 Tbs sesame oil, divided
1/4 cup chile crisp
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 tsp honey
2 tsp chile garlic sauce
1/4 cup snow peas, blanched
1/4 cup toasted peanuts, chopped
2 Tbs chives, chopped
2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped (for serving)
Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain in a colander, and run the noodles under cold water until cooled. Toss with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chile crisp, remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and chile garlic sauce. Add the noodles, and toss to coat. Add the snow peas, peanuts and chives. Gently toss to combine. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
